I am an IHG MEMBER and they didn’t add my rewards. Also asked for a late check out said no because the maids were done at noon. They took my stuff out of my room really obtrusive

Clean affordable good location

easy to get to and close to fast food places

people where allowed to bring pets

Clean nice quality staff was great

King bed with a pull out bed. Lobby was great.

Pool was atrociously loud. Room was poorly cleaned. Rooms were not serviced during our stay.

Nothing. The staff tried to steal my items from my room

I did not like that the staff went into my room while I was out and tried to steal my personal items.

Newer facility

Not clean, multiple hairs found, crumbs on the carpet, mirror dirty, shower dirty, door had dust all over it and fingerprints on door handles, dirty shoe prints on hard floors are in entrance and bathroom and light switch in bathroom had brown smear on it

Room was new/remodeled, very nice

Lobby was not clean, room was not clean. Checked two others rooms and same cleanliness issues.

The king suite shown online was not what we got. We got a king bed with a couch in the room. Not what we were expecting.

The hotel was in a great location and easily accessible to everything we needed such as food, entertainment etc. staff was friendly, breakfast was decent. Hotel Located next to an ag building and was woke around 6am to them loading/unloading a truck.

Room overall was dirty. Bathroom had hair in the shower and on the counters, dirt/dried mud on bathroom tile. Used Flosser found in the closet. No towels in pool area. Room not ready at check in (an hour late) but was able to get one within 10 mins (4pm).

The Clean modern updates of Hotel and the rooms. The pool was available and clean.

I liked everything and made the flaws work. Some of the usb ports in the room was broke, breakfast times need to be more available till 10am not 9am. Staff was not happy upon check in, seemed he did not seem to care he was their to work.

Brand new hotel and yet it was not in great condition. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned, the TV remote didn¿t work, the carpets were dirty.

Overall I didn¿t like much about the hotel. I thought it would be nicer considering it is brand new.

Front desk guy and breakfast attendant were super friendly. Breakfast options were great. Everything was fantastic.

Just that it doesn't have a hot tub.

New, and clean...albeit a bit too modern and sterile looking.

No whirlpool?

Clean spaces and nicely furnished rooms.

Despite signs requiring masks in common spaces, many guests were not made to wear masks, and staff made no attempts to address this issue. That is problematic.

Not real clean for its age. Hair in bathrooms etc.. Could see it going downhill quick if they don't manage better.

We hit a deer and our vehicle was undrivable when we arrived. Every staff person we met offered to take us somewhere to eat or shop if we needed it. Very friendly, helpful, and ready to serve.
